Chris Galm

Chris Galm is the President for PAR. Mr. Galm assumed this role in 2023, where he oversees operations and business development for five regional offices, as well as project management, project controls, and estimating for the entire PAR organization.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Galm served as Chief Operating Officer, President of Longfellow Drilling, and Executive Director of Transmission – West with PAR.  Mr. Galm initially joined PAR in 2007 and has been with Quanta Services since 2003, holding multiple operations and project management positions throughout his career.  He was previously the Senior Vice President of Operations – Central Region for PAR in 2018.

After working for several energy infrastructure companies throughout the United States, Mr. Galm has built a substantial portfolio of project experience in addition to his leadership skills and various training and certifications. He has worked on extensive projects across the Central and West regions. Mr. Galm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Debbie George

Debbie George is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for PAR. Mrs. George assumed this role in 2001, where she manages all financial, accounting, and information technology matters. 

Upon completion of school and earning her degree, she initially worked with BKP, LLP (formerly Baird, Kurtz & Dobson), and has held several accounting positions supporting the construction industry before coming to PAR. Mrs. George joined PAR in 1996 as a controller before taking on her current role of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer five years later. She has been with PAR ever since then. 

Throughout her career, Mrs. George has held various management positions, with her longest tenure at PAR. She is a Certified Public Accountant with 27 years of construction industry accounting experience. Mrs. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Tim Warlen

Tim Warlen is the Vice President of Support Operations for PAR. Mr. Warlen assumed this role in 2018, where he is responsible for oversight of all operations for PAR’s six divisional offices, including total operational, equipment, project management, personnel development, P&L accountability, and storm response.

Mr. Warlen initially joined PAR in 1993, holding different leadership positions within the PAR organization. Prior to his current role, he also served as Senior Vice President, Vice President of Substation Operations, Manager, and Superintendent of numerous operations and projects, each role coming with increasing levels of authority and responsibility. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Warlen has held several operations and management positions for electric infrastructure construction companies in the United States, with his longest tenure at PAR. Other previous experience includes Delta-Tec Construction Company, Capital Electric, and L.E. Meyers Electric.
