PAR's team members are valued and have an equal opportunity to succeed.

Since 1954, PAR has built more than the electrical infrastructure that powers the nation, we've built a strong and dedicated team of employees who have fueled our continued success! Whether it's out in the field or in our corporate and divisional offices, we're always looking for the best and the brightest.

OUR CORE VALUES

PAR puts people first – our employees, our customers, and our industry partners. We proudly continue to grow our heritage, collaborating with our customers to continue getting better and evolving forward.

About Par

Over the past 65 years we have cultivated a highly skilled, productive, reliable, innovative and forward-thinking workforce. Our field teams are members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). This strong IBEW presence allows us to provide clients with uniquely trained, experienced, and safety-oriented project personnel.

We place the highest importance on the safety and health of our teams. Everyone is accountable for safety just as they are accountable for completing projects successfully. Team members receive extensive training with a core focus on — and mandatory commitment to — safe operations. Our reputation for technical sophistication and safety practices helps attract the best people available.

Clients rely on PAR daily to complete all types of electrical construction projects. We know having a wealth of resources is crucial to operations, and with permanent offices throughout the United States, PAR is always accessible and ready to serve clients immediately, efficiently and safely.

Diversity & Inclusion – Better Together Through Inclusion

Diversity at PAR takes on many meanings, beyond what you might expect.  Our customers span every region of the United States, from Southern California to Northern Maine. We hire great people from a variety of backgrounds that represent the communities and customers we serve because it makes us better. We foster a culture that embraces people from all backgrounds — building stronger teams, greater understanding, better ideas and sound decision making. Whether you are a seasoned veteran or entering the job market for the first time, if you share our values and our commitment to safety, there is a place for you at PAR.

Community Involvement

In addition to engaging with clients to incorporate sustainable practices into our work, PAR also participates in community programs to integrate social justice into its work.

In the past, PAR has participated in local community cleanup events as well as utilized local small businesses in its environmental sustainability efforts. For instance, PAR has employed local businesses to perform tasks such as recycling programs on projects, environmental consulting efforts, and finding means to improve and upgrade our water efficiency and associated programs at our offices. PAR also works closely with its vendors to ensure they understand PAR’s goals.
